Instead of rousing the crowd with a high-energy sequel to his color-packed, tightly constructed Fall show, however, Jacobs soothed the savage mood with a sweet confection of a collection, full of pretty clothes and gentle colors. It didn't hurt that the first model out was the rarely sighted Gisele, or that Beyoncé was on the soundtrack, or that the clothes were easy to like. Jacobs started his design career at Perry Ellis, whose insouciant take on sportswear and relaxed tailoring defined an era, and tonight he scattered references to Ellis throughout.

Monochromatic Color Scheme is used, colors used are very gentle, which gives feeling of soft, feminie, sweet. You would see this collection would have a shadow of the past collection Marc Jacobs do in Perry Ellis, for example, the cutting of the silouette is comparatively relaxing, as Jacobs designed sportswear before, therefore, this outfits would have a little shadow of the past.
Comlimentary Color Scheme is used to project a sweet, cheerful feeling.

Sending Gisele Bündchen out to open and close your show is not the gesture of someone who shies from the spotlight. Coming from Marc Jacobs, it seemed a declaration of a new direction: After spending the first ten years at his own label as the indie/artsy crowd's favorite designer, he’s itching to move over into the multimillion-dollar mainstream. And why not? If knockoffs are the opinion polls of fashion, he’s won by a landslide, season after season.
Analogous Color Scheme is applied, you would see why Green+Blue, the whole feeling would be more formal, business women, and power. But when Green+Yellow, the feel would be soften, the lady would be more gentle, cheerful and optimistic. This is how Marc Jacobs plays magic.

SUMMARY:
In 2004, the color schemes that Jacobs always use are Achromatic Color Scheme, Monochromatic Color Scheme and Analogous Color Scheme. In this year, I found that Jacobs will still reference to his past collection in Perry Ellis and he also express different feelings by applying the same color scheme and nearing colors.
